I can get the alerts to work, but I have to refresh my page top see them. Is it possible for the alert to happen live without having to refresh my page?
We are assuming you are referring to the notification cards and subscription bell feature. Unfortunately, you do have to refresh the page for our SDK to fetch latest data from our servers to display the alert.
