How to manually re-trigger Opt-In Button/Prompt?

Hi all.

My use-case is this:
A user declines permission in the initial Welcome Opt-In Prompt.
Also, i’m not displaying the bell icon after that.

Now, after some time/days, the user would like to subscribe or i would like to re-invite them to subscribe.
How do i show them a prompt then?

Re-adding the Opt-In Button doesn’t seem to work once a user has already declined permission.

After dismissing the initial prompt it will automatically re-display after 24 hours
