Can I send more then 100 char in the push?
I see “Character limit: 100”
any way to send more, like in other push serviecs?
How many characters are you looking to send? Can you please tell us more so we can look into this.
150-200 I didn’t saw this limit on other providers
We are assuming you know that the character length of 100 only applies to the title. The character limit for the body of the message is 255.
When we try sending a push manually using our dashboard with the following as the title & the body of the message - this has a character length of 192:
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetuer adipiscing elit. Aenean commodo ligula eget dolor. Aenean massa. Cum sociis natoque penatibus et magnis dis parturient montes, nascetur ridiculus mus.
The actual notification we receive on our mac and Android showed the following. You will notice that in both cases, the title was truncated significantly. The character limit of 100 is therefore sufficient as you can see, the only the first ~7 to 8 words actually got displayed.
