The plugin version 4.31.0 has problems with the litespeed server, because of it does not work properly delayed publication. Can you tell me where I can download the previous version of the plugin?

I got the same problem on my wordpress sites that run with litespeed server (one without CDN and the other with CDN).
Is there a resolution to it?
