Subscribers doesn't match approved prompts

Hello,

I don’t understand how this data works — it says that 27 people approved the prompt, but actually in my user list I only have 6 subscribers.

Why? Anyone can explain, please? I’m not sure I’m missing something and therefore new subscribers!
