The remote server returned an error: (409) Conflict

I am configuring webpushr code on two different web pages, one is on public area of application and second one is after login of the application. While sending notification then I am getting following error:

The remote server returned an error: (409) Conflict.

Moreover, When configuring code for two different web pages then it’s generating two different tokens.
I referred the given page >>> https://docs.webpushr.com/send-push-to-a-subscriber-id and here explains Error 409 → Subscriber not found .

Are you using Webpushr on two separate TLDs (domains)? Or, are you using two different code snippets on the same domain? If it is one domain/website, we recommend that you use ONE code snippet on the entire site.
