UTF-8 (multi-language) support needed

Hi there, I have a website targeting the Chinese market and would like to use “Webpushr Notification Center” on my website. However, when I first tried that, all Chinese character would become “???” instead of original words. I took a screenshot as followed.

Could you add UTF-8 support for “Notification Center” so that I can use languages other than English? That will help a lot. Thanks in advance!
